Order Information

All orders require a one to two week notice. April - October can schedule out three to six weeks.
Messages are typically returned Sunday - Tuesdays.

All orders should be placed through email or the Buttercream Creations Facebook page. Our email address is listed on the bottom of this webpage.

All orders are custom so there is not a standard price. Pricing for a custom order starts at $135

The following information is required for a price quote: Date Needed / Size / Style / Cake Flavor

Delivery is offered at a additional charge for orders over $350.00

Custom cake pickup requirements are as follows:

Custom cakes need to be transported carefully. We recommend holding the cake or keeping it level during travel. Cakes can not be placed on the car seat, unless you can level the box out. Refunds are not given after your cake has been picked up.

Refrigeration is recommended for all specialty cakes until one hour prior to serving.

Payment Policy:

All orders should be prepaid one week in advance. If a cancellation happens after that time frame, refunds are not given. Wedding cake orders should be paid in full two weeks prior to the wedding date.
